Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all services are performed subject to the Standard Trading Conditions of the applicable freight forwarders' association of which APC is a member. These conditions contain provisions limiting and, in some cases, excluding our liability. A copy is available on request.
5. Customer Obligations

- Ensure that goods are properly packed, labelled, and described, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not tender any prohibited, dangerous, or restricted goods without prior written disclosure and agreement.
- Pay all charges, duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with agreed payment terms.

Our liability for any shipment is limited in accordance with the applicable Standard Trading Conditions and relevant international conventions.
